Jacques Houdek was selected internally by HRT to represent Croatia in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev, and today he has released the official video clip for his Eurovision song, “My Friend”.
The video clip was shot in two days, and the shooting lasted approximately 32 hours! When talking about the shooting of his video clip, Jacques said the following:
The video clip that we published today crowns the past months worth of work of the whole team on this project called “My friend”. It’s an anthem that celebrates life as a miracle, and it’s inspiring and aiming to encourage listeners to live every day to the fullest. With this song we invite people to celebrate friendship, respect and diversity. And this was the idea behind the music video as well.
The video clip was directed by Katja Restovic, who also directed Doris Dragovic’s clip for her Eurovision entry back in 1999, “Marija Magdalena”. Check out the official video clip of “My Friend” right here:
