“It’s definitely more relaxed, and I can be more in the background!” – Emmelie de Forest

As we draw even closer to finding out who will win the Grand Final of the Eurovision Song Contest this year, we have another interview for you!

Danny from ESCBubble spoke to Emmelie de Forest at the recent British Ambassadors Party that took place in Kiev, Ukraine, ahead of this weekend’s big event.

Emmelie won the 2013 contest for Denmark with her song “Only Teardrops” – and she is once again making her way into the Eurovision bubble this year, after writing Lucie Jones“Never Give Up On You” for the United Kingdom.

Emmelie told Danny about her current and past time in Kiev (previously performing in the interval act at Junior Eurovision), and how it differs to be the writer of a Eurovision song, rather than the sole performer. She also told us about the future possibility of collaberating with Lucie on a song in the future.
