Polina Bogusevich sings ‘Krylya’ for Russia at Junior Eurovision 2017!

Yesterday, the Russian national final for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest was held, but only shown today on delay. In this national final the outcome was half decided by an expert jury, half by an online public voting poll.

The leader in that poll was the one who won the final in the end: 13 year old Polina Bogusevich with her song ‘Krylya’ (”Wings” in Russian). Polina has competed in Golos Deti (the Russian version of The Voice Kids) where she was on Dima Bilan’s team. The same year she took part in New Wave Junior 2014 and reached second place there!

Here is Julia’s song in studio version:

And here the live performance from yesterday’s national final:

Polina will now compete with this song for Russia in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2017 on the 26th of November 2017 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
