Freddie won the 2016 edition of A Dal, and went on to represent Hungary in Eurovision 2016 in Stockholm with his song “Pioneer”, which eventually finished in 19th place in the Grand Final. Earlier this year, he was in Kiev and took on the role of the commentator of this year’s Contest. Now, alongside Kriszta Rátonyi, he is going to host A Dal 2018!

ESCBubble had the pleasure to once again meet Freddie at the presentation of all of the acts of A Dal 2018, and we asked him about his new role in this show, as well as his experience from commentating on this year’s Eurovision. A Dal 2018 is going to start  on the 20th of January with its first heat, and will finish on the 24th of February.
