Listen to snippets of the 30 songs of A Dal 2018!
Yesterday morning a special press conference was held in Akvarium Club in Budapest, where the 30 entrants of A Dal 2018 were presented. ESCBubble was there and recorded the announcement, which you can check out right here (the video includes snippets of all 30 entries):
We also had the opportunity to meet various entrants of next year’s A Dal, and get their first impressions. In between others we met Viktor Király, Odett, Tamás Horváth, Roland Gulyás, Reni Tolvai, and YesYes. Check out what did they tell us in this video here:
Reni Tolvai added that she was preparing this song and planned to release it as a single, but her friends convinced her to enter it to the competition, and she found it funny how she always manages to qualify for A Dal with really non-Eurovision sounding songs. The guys of YesYes (Ádám Szabó and Tamás Katona) also said that their song is about letting go – in a relationship you have two people, and it is about how one of them feels slightly distant from the other one and wants to let go. They added that they are a very positive band, and even though what they’re singing about is rather negative, it should be taken positively.
Stay tuned to ESCBubble for individual interviews with A Dal entrants to come in the following weeks.
