Waylon to debut several songs in talk show – among which the Eurovision song!

It was announced today that, starting from Friday the 23rd of February, Waylon will be a guest at the Dutch talk show De Wereld Draait Door five times. Each time he will be singing a different and brand new song from his upcoming album and one of those songs will be his Eurovision entry!

Which one of those five is the Eurovision song won’t be announced during the run of performances. After a week Waylon will anounce which song he (together with the selection committee) has chosen to represent The Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Portugal’s capital Lisbon.

Waylon has represented The Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen as well, back then as one half of the duo The Common Linnets, and they brought their song ‘Calm After the Storm’ to a second place:

Do you expect any of those five songs to sound like this? Or perhaps even the eventual winning song? Or do you think Waylon will travel to Lisbon with a song in a completely different genre?
