We have a date for the Eurovision entry from Azerbaijan! Sunday the 4th of March, that is next Sunday, her entry will be revealed!

Since Aisel was announced as the Azeri representative last November, she has been busy travelling around Europe recording several songs in different music genres. She has been doing so up until the beginning of February and in the end she had three songs that she was pleased with and considered to be worthy entries.
These three songs passed a panel of judges from all over Europe: 300 people from 31 countries.
They reportedly didn’t know either the singer of the songs or what the songs were intended for, they just had to give a thumbs up or down for the songs that were presented to them.

In the end one of the songs emerged as a favourite with an immense 87% like ratio and will be the Eurovision song for Azerbaijan! The music video was shot in Athens, the capital of Greece.

This Saturday we will be able to hear it ourselves as it will be revealed at 12:00 CET that day!
