Here are YOUR favorites in the second semi final of Latvia’s Supernova!
The second semi final of Supernova 2018, Latvia’s national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest will take place tonight, where a total of seven acts are going to compete for two places in the Grand Final.
In the past couple of days we ran a poll asking you which songs you would like to see qualify for the Final of Supernova 2018 from the first semi final, and with over 250 votes received, here are the current results:
- Markus Riva – This Time – 26.54%
- Madara – Esamiba – 23.46%
- Monta – 1000 Roses – 17.31%
- Riga Reggae – Stop The War U2 – 13.85%
- Ritvars – Who’s Counting – 8.08%
- Hypnotic – Pray – 6.15%
- In My Head – Sunset – 4.62%
Our editors panel have also listened to the seven songs competing in tonight’s semi final, and voted for them. We ended up with a tie on the very top, and broke it according to the Eurovision rules. This is our outcome:

- Madara – Esamiba
- In My Head – Sunset
- Hypnotic – Pray
- Ritvars – Who’s Counting
- Riga Reggae – Stop The War U2
Both our readers and our editors think that in tonight’s show it should all be about the Ms – Markus, Madara and Monta. Markus Riva finished on top of both votings, but in both cases Madara and Monta weren’t far behind.
