Here are YOUR favorites in the first semi final of Latvia’s Supernova!
Supernova 2018, Latvia’s national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest kicks off tonight with its first semi final, where a total of seven acts are going to compete for two places in the Grand Final.
In the past couple of days we ran a poll asking you which songs you would like to see qualify for the Final of Supernova 2018 from the first semi final, and with just over 200 votes received, here are the current results:
- Edgars Kreilis – Younger Days – 28.92%
- Liene Greifane – Walk The Talk – 21.08%
- Agnese Stengrevics – You Are My World – 20.59%
- Sudden Lights – Just Fine – 12.75%
- Rahu the Fool – Oh Longriver – 7.35%
- Katrina Gupalo and The Black Birds – Intoxicating Caramel – 5.39%
- DVines – More Than Meets The Eye – 3.92%
Our editors panel have also listened to the seven songs competing in tonight’s semi final, and voted for them. This is our outcome:

- Agnese Stengrevics – You Are My World
- Sudden Lights – Just Fine

As you can see, both our readers and our editors agree that tonight’s two qualifiers should be Edgars Kreilis and Liene Greifane. Whilst our readers gave the least number of votes to DVines, our editors thought that she might still be in with a chance, and placed her third.
