Here are YOUR favorites in the second semi final of A Dal 2018!

The second semi final of A Dal 2018 is taking place tonight in Budapest, where nine semi finalists are going to compete for the remaining four places in the Grand Final – three of them will be selected via a mix of jury voting (80%) + app and SMS voting (20%), and the final fourth qualifier will be selected in the second round of app voting and SMS voting (100%).

In the past couple of days we ran a poll asking you which four songs you would like to see qualify for the Grand Final of A Dal 2018, and with almost 1300 votes received, here are the current results:

  1. AWS – Viszlát nyár – 17.82%
  2. Tamás Horváth – Meggyfa – 16.42%
  3. yesyes – I Let You Run Away – 16.11%
  4. Viktor Király – Budapest Girl – 14.33%
  5. Cintia Horváth & Tomi Balogh – Journey – 12.47%
  6. Ceasefire X – Satellites – 8.75%
  7. Tamás Vastag – Ne hagyj reményt – 7.13%
  8. Odett – Aranyhal – 5.42%
  9. Nikoletta Szőke, Attila Kökény and Róbert Szakcsi Lakatos – Életre kel – 1.55%

Our editors have watched the performances of these nine semi finalists from their respective heats, and cast their votes as well. This is our outcome:

  1. Tamás Horváth – Meggyfa
  2. AWS – Viszlát nyár
  3. yesyes – I Let You Run Away
  4. Ceasefire X – Satellites
  5. Odett – Aranyhal
  6. Tamás Vastag – Ne hagyj reményt
  7. Viktor Király – Budapest Girl
  8. Cintia Horváth & Tomi Balogh – Journey
  9. Nikoletta Szőke, Attila Kökény and Róbert Szakcsi Lakatos – Életre kel

Both our readers and our editors agree that the top two spots should go to AWS and Tamas Horvath, and that yesyes should comfortably join them in third place, and thus qualify for the Final. And whilst our readers would love to see Viktor Kiraly as the fourth qualifier, our editors think that the last qualifier should be Ceasefire X.

You can still vote in our poll if you haven’t done so until now, and you can still change the result. The poll will close at the end of the show tonight. Vote for your personal favorites that you would like to see proceed to the Finals, right here:
