Here’s YOUR winner of Selectia Nationala – Romania’s Eurovision selection!

After five semi finals in cities all over Romania, the Grand Final of Selectia Nationala is going to take place tonight in Bucharest. A total of 15 acts are going to compete to be the successor of Ilinca & Alex Florea, and go on to represent Romania at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Portugal.

In the past couple of days, we ran a poll asking you to vote for your personal favorite, the song that you would like to see winning Selectia Nationala and representing Romania in Lisbon. With just under 900 votes received, here are the current results:

  2. Claudia Andas – The One – 24.94%
  3. Feli – Buna de iubit – 20.23%
  4. Xandra – Try – 7.93%
  5. The Humans – Goodbye – 4.71%

  7. Teodora Dinu – Fly – 2.64%
  8. Dora Gaitanovici – Fara tine – 2.30%

Our editors have also listened to the 15 songs competing in tonight’s show and have voted for their favorites. Here is the outcome:

The big favorites of our readers are Jukebox and Bella Santiago with their song “Auzi cum bate”. They are followed by Claudia Andas in second place (who failed to impress our editors panel, as they only placed her 10th), and Feli in third – who is the winner of the votes of our editors. Xandra finished in fourth place in both sets of votes, whilst Tiri, Vyros, Rafael and Friends, as well as the duet of Erminio Sinni and Tiziana Camelin ended up in the bottom of both votes.

Our poll will close at the end of tonight’s show, so you can still cast your vote for your personal favorite of the eight acts, and perhaps change the result of our poll:
