The songtitles are out in Germany!

The six artists that will be competing for the win in ”Unser Lied für Lissabon”, the German national final for the Eurovision Song Contest, now have song titles and composers next to their name! The six songs have been chosen and they are:

Xavier Darcy: “Jonah”
(Music and lyrics: Xavier Darcy, Loren Nine Geerts, Axel Ehnström, Thomas Stengaard)

Ivy Quainoo: “House On Fire”
(Music and lyrics: Jörgen Elofsson und Ali Tamposi)

Ryk: “You and I”
(Music and lyrics: Rick Jurthe)

Michael Schulte: “You Let Me Walk Alone”
(Music and lyrics: Michael Schulte, Thomas Stengaard, Nisse Ingwersen, Nina Müller)

Natia Todua: “My Own Way”
(Music and lyrics: Loren Nine Geerts, Ricardo Bettiol, Martin Gallop, Jaro Omar)

voXXclub: “I mog Di so”
(Music: Merty Bert, Mike Busse, Philipp Klemz, Lennard Oestmann
Lyrics: Joe Walter, Philipp Klemz, Martin Simma, Merty Bert, Mike Busse)

Among the composers we see Jörgen Elofsson, who was behind a few Britney Spears hits, has written Brendan Murray’s ‘Dying to Try’ last year and is behind Mariette’s song in Melodifestivalen this year.
Among ‘Jonah”s songwriters we see Axel Ehnström, the real name of Paradise Oskar who represented Finland in 2011.

The songs themselves will be available to hear in exactly a week, February 20th, with the national final itself being held in Berlin two days later.
