UK’s national selection Eurovision You Decide is taking place tonight in Brighton, and six acts are competing in order to represent the United Kingdom later this May in Lisbon – Asanda, Goldstone, Jaz Ellington, Liam Tamne, Raya and SuRie.
In the last week, we asked you to let us know which of these six acts is YOUR personal favorite, by voting in our poll. With just under 700 votes here are the current results:
- Asanda – Legends – 26.32%
- Jaz Ellington – You – 22.81%
- Liam Tamne – Astronaut – 18.71%
- SuRie – Storm – 15.06%
- Raya – Crazy – 10.53%
- Goldstone – I Feel The Love – 6.58%
Our editors have also listened to the six songs competing in Eurovision You Decide, and we have also cast our votes. These are our results:

As you can see, both our readers and our editors agree that Asanda should be the one to win tonight, and to represent the United Kingdom in the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon. And whilst our readres placed her second-to-last, our editors think that Raya should be the one to give Asanda a good run for her money tonight.
