It was announced in the beggining of the February that Eye Cue will be the act, who’ll represent Macedonia at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest, with their upcoming entry ‘Lost and Found’, and, according to MRT, they’ll make a debut of its video during their informative programme Dnevnik 2 on March 11th.
The song will be promoted with a music video in Dnevnik 2 on MRT, starting at 19.30h CET. Music video, which will be accompanied by the song, is directed by Jovan Kucinovski, when composer of their entry is the guitarist and vocalist of the band, Bojan Trajkovski. There is also one familiar name involved – Darko Dimitrov, who also produced and composed several Eurovision songs in the past, just as Ninanajna (Macedonia 2006), Pred da se razdeni (Macedonia 2013), To The Sky (Macedonia 2014), I’m Alive (Albania 2015) ..
Eye Cue will perform their song ‘Lost and Found’ in the second half of the First Semi-Final on May 8th and in case of the qualification, in the final evening, which will happen on May 12th, in Altice Arena in Lisbon. Macedonia was participating in the Eurovision Song Contest 17 times since its official debut in 1998 and is still yet to win an event. Their best result to date is their 2006 entry ‘Ninanajna’, when reaching 12th place.
