The Head of Delegations meeting is taking place today in Lisbon, Portugal, where the songs are all being handed over to the EBU and the delegations are being briefed about several things taking place during their two weeks in Portugal.
One of the things that had to be determined today was the starting position of the host country in the final. This was done through a draw in which the Czech Head of Delegation, Jan Bors, did the honours and the outcome was #8 as you can see:
