Avicii found dead today at age 28

Very sad news today as news about the death of world famous DJ Avicii has reached us.

Avicii, real name Tim Bergling, was in Muscat, the capital city of Oman today and was found dead there in the afternoon, local time, states his press manager Ebba Lindqvist.

He stopped touring as a DJ in 2016 to focus more on music producing but before that he had several internationals, among which ‘Levels’, ‘Wake Me Up’, ‘I Could Be The One’ and ‘Hey Brother’. In 2013, Tim being Swedish himself, wrote the theme song for the Eurovision Song Contest, held in Malmö that year, titled ‘We Write the Story’, together with Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson from ABBA.

His press manager also says the family is heartbroken and asks for people to be considerate and leave them in peace in this difficult time. There will be no further announcements from their side.
