Our coverage of the London Eurovision Party continues with our interview with Austria’s representative in Lisbon, Cesar Sampson.  Anne had a chat on the sofa with Cesar and asked him about his previous Eurovision connections with Bulgaria, his preparations for Lisbon and of course a surprise question from the ‘bubble.
