We’ve been working hard to keep you up to date with all the happenings here in Lisbon, so who better to predict the qualifiers for tonight’s show than our editors? We’ve seen the triumphs, the mishaps, know the camera angles and hairography by heart. So below is our prediction of who will make it to Saturday night’s Grand Final.

As you can see we have 9 countries above our qualification line with our editors believing Azerbaijan and Armenia will be battling for that final qualification spot. We were also unanimous in predicting CZECH REPUBLIC, ISRAEL, BULGARIA and CYPRUS will sail through to the final. Sadly MACEDONIA and ICELAND are predicted by everyone in the team to miss out on that spot.

We also predicted who will end up in last place tonight and in an ESCBubble first we mutually decided that ICELAND will get the dreaded last place. It’s kills us to say so –  he’s a lovely fellow, has a heart of gold and loves the contest to bits, but we just don’t think viewers at home will pick up the phone to vote for him. We’ve been surprised before however – Remember when Estonia’s Juri Pootsmann placed last in Semi Final 1 back in Stockholm? No one could have predicted that!
