Scott Fitzgerald is the second confirmed artist for EuroStarz!
EuroStarz In Concert established itself as one of the very best concerts that take place during summer. After two very successful editions, the organizers have announced that the third edition is going to take place on the 18th of August, in a new venue – The Water Rats at Kings Cross, and ESCBubble are proud to be the media partners of this fantastic event.
After announcing last week that the first star to perform at this concert in London will be none other than Esther Hart – the Dutch Eurovision entrant from 2003, we are now ready to announce the second act. And it’s the person who lost to Celine Dion by a single point back in Eurovision 1988 – UK’s Scott Fitzgerald!
Scott Fitzgerald is the first ever artist chosen purely by telephone voting to represent the United Kingdom in Eurovision, and his song “Go” ended up in second place – one point behind Celine Dion’s “Ne partes pas sans moi”. Fun fact is that his son, Ki Fitzgerald, is one of the writers of this year’s Finnish Eurovision entry – “Monsters” by Saara Aalto.
Scott Fitzgerald will be performing his Eurovision entry on the 18th of August at the EuroStarz in Concert, as well as various other Eurovision hits. Give a listen to “Go” right here:
