Maltese broadcaster TVM have just announced which 16 kids have made it to the final of stage Malta Junior Eurovision Song Contest, the selection Malta will use to determine their entry for Junior Eurovision later this year.
After broadcaster PBS had received all submissions, they held a casting in order to select their finalists, which turn out to be:
- Giorgia Borg – 10
- Thea Aquilina – Back to My Freedom
- Isaac Spiteri – Bonfire Nights
- Yarin Coleiro – Can You Be the One
- Kylie Meilak – Crystals
- Lora Grech – Finish Line
- Jahel Cardona – Home
- Riona Degiorgio – Infinity
- Ela Mangion – Marchin’ On
- Eliana Gomez Blanco – Music Takes Control
- Kristy Spiteri – Nann
- Luana Schembri – No Rest For the Wicked
- Albert-Lauren Agius – Paper Boats
- Zaira Mifsud – Shout Now
- Katryna Borg/Rihana Azzopardi – The Puppet and the Clown
- Aiden Aquilina Cohen – Wherever You Go
The national final will take place on September 8.

The winner of this national final will go on to represent Malta in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Minsk, Belarus on the 25th of November.
