The music video for Eleni Foureira’s ‘Caramela’ is out!

Earlier we reported on Eleni releasing her first single after the enormous success of ‘Fuego’, at both the Eurovision Song Contest in Portugal and beyond, we are talking about ‘Caramela’!

Funny enough, this song has been (co-)written by Doron Medalie! The same composer behind Netta’s ‘Toy’. He has also written ‘Made of Stars’ (Israel 2017) and ‘Golden Boy’ (Israel 2015), the latter he gave to Eleni as well to sing in her Greek version ‘Sto theo me paei’ (Translation: Take Me to God), so Eleni and Doron are certainly no strangers to eachother!
The other composers behind ‘Caramela’ are Moshe Peretz and Avi Ochayon and the Greek lyrics were written by Sofia Papavasiliou and Eleni Foureira herself.

The song serves as the original soundtrack for the film Aigaio SOS and references to the movie (which will come out on November 15) can be seen throughout the summery music video, where Eleni dances and has fun while showing us her smooth moves!

What do you think of the song and the video?
