Your Guide to This Week’s New Music Releases from ESCBubble

ESCBubble’s staff have once again looked all around Europe and beyond for you, finding fresh new music from former Eurovision artists and those who tried their luck in a National Final.  Let’s see what they’ve brought us this week!

Aitana and Ana Guerra feat Greeicy and TINI – Lo Malo (Remix)

This third place bop from the Spanish ‘Gala Eurovision’ selection from Operacion Triunfo has already torn up its domestic charts, reaching number one on the Spanish singles chart and going 4 times platinum.  Now they’re ready to hit the charts in South America and have pulled in Greeicy and TINI on a remix to do so.  TINI hails from Argentina and Greeicy from Colombia, so they were a perfect fit to make this smash hit even better.  The new version has more steel drums but even more girl power, have a listen to it here:

Paces feat Guy Sebastian – Siren

Guy Sebastian had the honour of being Australia’s first ever Eurovision artist back in 2015 and he finished a very respectable 5th in their debut year with ‘Tonight Again’.  Now he’s teamed up with an Australian DJ named Paces on a song called Siren, which you can check out below:

Markus Riva – Please Don’t Give Up

A regular on the Latvian National Final scene, Markus Riva is back.  Markus has tried multiple times to represent his country at Eurovision in both the Dziesma contest and the latest Latvian national final – Supernova.  His finishing record in the National Selections has been impressive to date:

Dziesma 2014 – Lights On – 11th
Supernova 2015 – Take Me Down – 2nd
Supernova 2016 – I Can – 3rd in first round of Final
Supernova 2017 – Dynamite – 6th in Quarter Final
Supernova 2018 – This Time – 5th

Ofenbach feat Benjamin Ingrosso – Paradise

The Swedish 2018 Melodifestivalen winner Benjamin Ingrosso has been busy since his 7th place in Lisbon in the Grand Final.  ESCBubble has already brought new music from him already this year, a duet with Mello runner up FELIX SANDMAN and his own solo song ‘I Wouldn’t Know’.  Here he teams up with French DJ Ofenbach, whose song ‘Be Mine’ entered the Billboard dance charts in the USA.  Here is ‘Paradise’:

Feli feat Guess Who – Canta

Feli was one of the big favourites for the the Romania national final this year with her song ‘Buna de iubit’ (Eng: Royalty). Unfortunately though it couldn’t quite cross the line finishing in a close 3rd place.  Here she teams up with Guess Who who says this about the song

I have known Feli for a very long time and appreciate her very much.  She’s super talented, she’s the best.  I’m very glad I wrote this song together with her.

Listen to ‘Canta’ (Eng: ‘Sing) here:

FXMO feat Jimmie Wilson – Taxi Ride

Jimmie Wilson is back following his hook up with San Marino’s only ever finalist, Valentina Monetta.  Their song ‘Spirit Of The Night’ didn’t quite have enough to make the Grand Final in 2017 and they ended up 18th and last in the 2nd semi final with just a single point.  Here Jimmie teams up with FXMO (real name Felix Moese) who is a German radio presenter and DJ on Taxi Ride:

Mergui – תני לי רגע

Eurovision 2018 could have turned out so differently!  Mergui won the televote in the final of the Israeli selection show Rising Star in 2018, however Netta’s jury vote score was enough to seal her the win.  We all know how that turned out, so we’re sure the jury felt satisfied with their decision! Mergui, first name Jonathan, releases his debut single ‘תני לי רגע’ (Eng: ‘Give Me A Minute’) and it’s a summery, reggaeton Latin styled bop:

Nadav Guedj – מה את אומרת

Nadav was just 16 years old when he took to the stage in Vienna and gave us the immensely enjoyable “Golden Boy” which ended up in 9th place in the Grand Final. He was conscripted into the Israeli army in 2016, but is now back with ‘מה את אומרת’ (Eng: ‘What Do You Say’):
