Kállay Saunders and Freddie to take part in ‘Sztárban Sztár’!

The sixth edition of the most popular TV Show in Hungary – Sztárban Sztár (the Hungarian version of Tu cara me suena – Your Face Sounds Familiar) is set to start on the 14th of October, and the participants of the next season have just been announced. There are various A Dal entrants in this year’s season, as well as two former Hungarian Eurovision entrants – András Kállay Saunders, and Freddie!

Kállay Saunders and Freddie will be impersonating national, and world-wide known stars every week starting from the 14th of October. Apart from them, various other artists who took part in A Dal – Hungary’s national selection for Eurovision, will be taking part. They are Hien (A Dal 2014 with “The Way I Do”), Krisztián Burai (A Dal 2013 with “Született szívtörő”), Gabi Völgyesi (A Dal 2013 with “Csak te légy”), Odett (A Dal 2013 with “Ne engedj el”, 2016 with “Stardust” and 2018 with “Aranyhal”), and Renáta Tolvai (A Dal 2012 with “Élek a szemeidben”, 2016 with “Fire” and 2018 with “Crack My Code”).

Apart from them, Daniel Torres (singer), Károly Gesztesi (actor), Tibor Pintér (musical actor), Renáta Szőcs (singer), and Évi Sári (singer and actress) will be competing in this show.

Various former Hungarian Eurovision stars have been competing in the previous seasons of this show, including Kati Wolf, Joci Pápai, Csézy, and Gergő Rácz (who was a member of the band VIP). Freddie represented Hungary in Eurovision 2016 with “Pioneer” and finished in 19th place, while Kállay Saunders represented Hungary in Eurovision 2014 with “Running” and finished in 5th place, which is Hungary’s second best result in the Contest.
