RTVE to make imminent announcement on the details of its Spanish 2019 Eurovision selection
The Spanish Eurovision broadcaster, RTVE, has announced that it is about to publish all of the details on how its selection process for the next Contest will proceed. The station’s Eurovision account tonight retweeted a comment by the AEV Eurovision account confirming that this information will be published tomorrow, October 4th:

A few minutes ago @RobertoLealG reminded us that the representative for @eurovision_tve this year will come out of #OT18 and that tomorrow @RTVE_Com will publish the details of the process #Eurovisión2019 #OT18Gala2
The tweet also confirms, as we already knew, that Operacion Triunfo, the highly popular talent show, will once again be used to select the artist for Tel Aviv. However until this announcement it had remained unclear how the show would once again be used.
Last year Alfred and Amaia were chosen on a Eurovision Gala special during the penultimate week of the series and were sent to Lisbon with their song ‘Tu Cancion’:
