Srbuk Sargsyan to represent Armenia in Eurovision 2019!

Moments ago live in the TV Show “Good Evening”, the artist which is going to represent Armenia in the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in Tel Aviv next May has been announced, and it’s none other than Srbuk Sargsyan!

Srbuk is a popular Armenian pop/soul singer, recording artist and songwriter. She came into spotlight in 2012 after she was the runner-up in the Armenian X Factor Armenia. Ever since then, she took part in various music festivals, televised programs and public events throughout the country. Now she has been internally selected to represent Armenia in the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest.

At the same time, Armenia’s national broadcaster started an open call for songs for Srbuk. The submitted songs can be in any genre, the lyrics (if available) should be in Armenian or English, and it should be submitted to selection@armtv.com before the 10th of January. All interested parties are required to also attach a document of copyright registration of the song and their contact details to the email.
