Cyprus hints on the title of their 2019 Eurovision entry – ‘Replay’?

Today the official Facebook page for the Cypriot Eurovision broadcaster, RIK, has updated its cover photo with a name of a song ‘Replay’, which is understood to the name of its 2019 Eurovision entry:

Speculation on the Cypriot entry has been rife all week, following a quiz posted by the broadcaster during the week where they revealed that Alex P was involved with the entry. Then the whole songwriting team was announced:

As for the singer, it seems to be between two singers, the early frontrunner which we reported to you was Tamta, however in recent days Greek media has been reporting that the young male Greek singer Vangelis Kakouriotis is also in the mix.  In the interview reporter Yiannis Poulopoulos states that a decision on the singer will be made on December 15th.:

The eagle eyed amongst you may have noted that it seems to be a male in the ‘Replay’ photo.  So at this moment in time all roads seem to lead to the 22 year old Kakouriotis who is signed to Panik Records, who of course Eleni Foureira is also signed to….
