Barbora Mochowa: ‘Comparisons to Lana Del Rey made me nervous and sad in the past’

The Czech Eurovision selection is well underway, and eight acts are in the run to represent the Czech Republic in Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv. The app voting closed yesterday, but the jury votes are still to be received. One of the eight participants in this selection is Barbora Mochowa – a singer/songwriter from Prague, who is competing with “True Colors”.

We had a great pleasure to meet up with Barbora over the weekend in Prague, to get to know her better, find out more about her career so far, and to speak to her about this Eurovision journey. Find out what “True Colors” is about, her thoughts on the comparisons to Lana Del Rey, as well as how she would stage her entry should she be the one to win, in this interview right here:
