As we reported earlier, it seems more and more clear that the international star the Sammarinese national broadcaster has lined-up for the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest, is indeed Rodrigo Alves – aka the Human Ken Doll. Even though SMRTV didn’t announce the name of the act yet, and only announced a press conference for the 21st of January, Rodrigo seems rather impatient about this announcement.
Rodrigo Alves just stated that “Dreams do come true” and that “With hard work, dedication, respect to one another and love we all can achieve our dreams” in his latest Instagram post. The post includes a picture of himself, next to the Eurovision logo with the flag of San Marino:
SMRTV has neither confirmed nor denied whether it’s Rodrigo Alves, or someone else who they have selected for the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest. The announcement of the artist and the song for San Marino is going to happen on the 21st of January, at the press conference.
