Eliot will represent Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019!

Walloon broadcaster RTBF have just confirmed a report by TV magazine Télépro: Eliot will be representing Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest this year!

Eliot Vassamillet is just 18 years old, was born in Bergen, Belgium and is still in high school.
He became known to the Belgian audience last year through his participation in The Voice Belgique and has now been picked for the prestigious challenge of representing his country already!

This is Eliot singing ‘Alter Ego’ by Jean-Louis Aubert during The Voice Belgique:

Eliot’s Eurovision song will be written by Pierre Dumoulin, the same man behind Blanche’s highly succesful ‘City Lights’, which gave Belgium their second 4th place in just 3 years after Loïc Nottet had achieved the same thing in Vienna.

What kind of song would you like Eliot to sing?
Something in the vein of ‘City Lights’ or something completely different?
