Eesti Laul 2019 kicks off tonight at 18:00 CET with the first semi-final, held in the city of Tartu. A total of 12 acts will be competing for just 5 spaces in the final, which will take place on 16th February at the Saku Suurhall in Tallinn.
The first four qualifiers will be determined by a 50/50 mix of televoting and jury; and the final qualifier will then be determined by an additional televote.
