Meet the Eurovision 2019 hosts: Bar Refaeli, Erez Tal, Assi Azar and Lucy Ayoub!

They have finally been revealed: the hosts that will guide us through the Eurovision live shows this May!
Four people, the same amount as in Lisbon when four ladies did the honours, only this time it will be two men (Erez Tal and Assi Azar) and two women (Bar Refaeli and Lucy Ayoub)!
And here is what our quartet looks like:

Clockwise we see here: Bar Refaeli, Erez Tal, Lucy Ayoub and Assi Azar! (Photo:

Bar Refaeli is an internation supermodel and was one of the first Israeli women to grace the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She created and hosted her own model casting show Million Dollar Shooting Star in 2012 and a year later she hosted the Israeli version of the X Factor.

Erez Tal is no strange face to the Israeli TV-viewer with his career spanning over 25 years. He has hosted big shows like the Israeli version of Big Brother, has himself created and hosted the TV game-show The Vault (and got it sold 23 territories all over the world, making it the most successful Israeli game show format ever!) and, anything but unimportant ofcourse: has been the Israeli Eurovision commentator last year.

Lucy Ayoub shot to stardom as a YouTube star. Making the transition to the TV-world, she became one of the most popular young presenter in a really short time.
You might’ve spotted her last year when she was the Israeli spokesperson during the Eurovision final!

Assi Azar has made a huge name for himself as a television host and screenwriter in Israel. He made documentaries as well, for example about his coming out, which might well have contributed to him having been named as one of the 100 Most Influential Gay People in the world by OUT magazine.
Eurovision fans might’ve seen him already: hosting the competition Rising Star (which has been delivering the Israeli Eurovision entrants since 2015) together with Rotem Sela.

The semi-finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 will be held on May 14 and 16, with the Grand Final being held on the 18th of May!
