The press conference in San Marino has just ended in which the country revealed its representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2019.
It’s a familiar and loved face to the Eurovision community, none other than: Serhat!
Serhat is very happy to be back on board for the ministate of San Marino again, saying it’s great to be back with this wonderful team and that he feels he is more prepared this time around than in 2016.
He also says, in response to a question and alluding to he himself being from Turkey originally but representing a different country for the second time now:
I think that if you are so close to a country and have big feelings for a country, you can represent it with pride everywhere!
