The Latvian broadcaster LTV has finally confirmed the dates for their Eurovision selection process “Supernova” which is now in it’s 5th season. The shows will once again be hosted by Dagmara Legante.
Semi Final 1 will be held on January 26th, and the following artists will be performing:
1. Aivo Oskis – “Somebody’s Got My Lover”
2. Alekss Silvērs – “Fireworks”
3. Edgars Kreilis – “Cherry Absinthe”
4. Elza Rozentāle – “You Came On Tiptoe”
5. Kris & Oz – “Midnight Streets”
6. Laime Pilnīga – “Awe”
7. Līga Rīdere – “Būšu tepat”
8. Samanta Tīna – “Cutting The Wire”
Semi Final 2 will be held on February 2nd and will contain the following acts:
1. Adriana Miglāne – “Scared Of Love”
2. Carousel – “That Night”
3. Double Faced Eels – “Fire”
4. Dziļi Violets feat. Kozmens – “Tautasdziesma”
5. Kristiāna – “Remedy”
6. Laika Upe – “Listen To The Way That I Breathe”
7. Markus Riva – “You Make Me So Crazy”
8. Peress – “Smaragdi un pelni”
The Grand Final will be held on February 16th, where the top 4 from each of the semi finals (decided by a combination of public televote and music professionals) will battle it out to become Latvia’s representative at the Eurovision Song Contest to be held in Tel Aviv in May.
