The UK’s ‘You Decide’ entrants and songs to be revealed on Wednesday 23rd January!

The BBC, the Eurovision national broadcaster for the United Kingdom, has announced details of when its artists and their entries will be revealed.

The six artists will be revealed simultaneously on the BBC Eurovision website and the Ken Bruce show on BBC Radio 2 from 10am on Wednesday 23rd January. BBC Radio 2 is the most popular music radio station in the UK with 14.6 million listeners per week.

This year the BBC’s ‘You Decide’ has been slightly tweaked. This years format will see only three songs but each one will be interpreted by two different artists. After a first round vote by the general public and a panel of judges, one version of each song will be eliminated leaving a super final of three acts where a second vote will take place before the winner is decided. The songs and acts will be announced at a later date.

The final of ‘You Decide’ will be held on Friday 8th February at the Media City studios in Manchester on BBC Two:

Who will succeed SuRie as the next UK entrant? And can they improve on ‘Storm’s 24th placing?
