Full jury results of EMA 2019 revealed!
EMA 2019 took place last Saturday, where 10 songs competed to represent Slovenia in the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest. First the three member jury (Lea Sirk, Darja Švajger and Vladimir Graić) selected the top two, and then the public decided the winner. In the end, Zala Kralj & Gašper Šantl received more televotes and will represent Slovenia in Tel Aviv with “Sebi”.
It was revealed in the show that Zala Kralj & Gašper Šantl received 4666 televotes (72.89%), while Raiven received only 1735 televotes (27.11%). Now RTVSlo also released the ranking of the juries, and we find two ties:
1-2. Zala Kralj & Gašper Šantl – Sebi
1-2. Raiven – Kaos
3-4. Fed Horses – Ti ne poznaš konjev
3-4. Ula Ložar – Fridays
5. Okustični – Metulji plešejo
6. Lumberjack – Lepote dna
7. Inmate – Atma
8. Kim – Rhythm Back To You
9. Renata Mohorič – Three Bridges
10. René – Ne poveš
The biggest surprise is that one of the pre-favorites Kim only finished in 8th place with the juries. Ula Ložar, Slovenia’s first ever entrant in Junior Eurovision just missed the cut, together with the band Fed Horses.
In the meanwhile, Zala Kralj & Gašper Šantl have also relesed their official video clip for the song “Sebi”. Check it out here:
