Rylan Clark-Neal, Mollie King and Marvin Humes are the expert judges in ‘Eurovision You Decide’!

The BBC is once again organizing Eurovision You Decide, where six acts will compete to represent the United Kingdom this coming May in Eurovision in Tel Aviv. The format of the show is changed this year, as three songs are going to be performed, each by two different artists, and the expert judges will choose one artist for each song, before the audience gets the final say on the winner.

The three members of the judging panel has just been revealed, and they are Rylan Clark-Neal, Mollie King, and Marvin Humes.

Rylan Clark-Neal was a member of the panel last year as well, but he had no say in the results. Ahead of this year’s show, he stated the following:

I’m so excited to be back on the judging panel for Eurovision: You Decide and back in the Eurovision family! I’ve been a life-long fan and take it very seriously so it’s a real honour to help the public decide who we choose to send to the main contest in May. I think it will be really interesting as well to see how the different acts perform the different versions of the songs.

Mollie King was one of the five members of the band The Saturdays, who sold over 5 million records worldwide, scoring 13 Top 10 singles and 5 Top 10 albums. She was later a contestant in Strictly Come Dancing. Ahead of Eurovision You Decide, she says:

I’m so excited to be part of the judging panel for Eurovision: You Decide this year. Eurovision is a huge event in the music calendar every year so it’s a real honour to have a say, alongside Marvin & Rylan in which song and which artist has the all-important job of representing the UK this year in Tel Aviv – I wish them all the best of luck!

Marvin Humes was a member of the boy-band JLS. He’s now a successful DJ playing sets in Ibiza, as well as performing in Vegas, and hosting his own show on Capital FM interviewing the biggest names in the music industry. Ahead of the show, he stated:

I have so many great memories of watching Eurovision growing up so being able to help decide who will represent the United Kingdom this year is very exciting! I know what it feels like to perform live for the public and a judging panel so hopefully I can bring that experience on the night!

Eurovision You Decide will take place this Friday, 8th of February, at 20:30 CET on BBC Two. The show will be hosted by Mel Giedroyc and Måns Zelmerlöw.
