Wiktoria could be disqualified from Melodifestivalen 2019!

Wiktoria has made a very impressive achievement last Saturday, by making it the third time in a row she qualifies to the final of Melodifestivalen directly.
Now, however, worrying news has come out: her song ‘Not With Me’ has been up on Spotify!
This is a problem as songs that qualify to the final directly, are supposed to come out only after Andra Chansen, not straight after their own heat.
This as to level the playing field for all the finalists, not to give the entries that were revealed earlier an unfair advantage due to people having familiarised with them more. This was all entries in the final are as equally new as it gets.

The song has been online for two hours on Saturday, until record company Sony discovered what had happened and contacted the New York office of Spotify immediately. Spotify has worked feverishly since then to erase all traces of the song online.
Nellie Sörman from Sony Music states to Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter, that this was possible due to a technical mishap.
In a statement she adds:

That Wiktoria’s song was published on Spotify for approximately two hours is ofcourse very unfortunate. Sony reacted immediately when we found out about it. We don’t know exactly how this could happen here right now, but we’re still investigating this internally.
With direct assistence of the Spotify office in New York, who reacted fast as lightning, we got the song taken down almost immediately.
To release songs during Melodifestivalen is an incredibly complex system.
Several technical processes are involved: some songs should be up immediately, while others are others can’t be released whatsoever.

SVT haven’t taken a decision on the matter yet but are awaiting further developments, next to having started their own investigation on the matter.

How do you think this will develop?
