The meeting of the Heads of Delegation has started this morning in Tel Aviv, Israel, where all delegations meet and they are given more information about the upcoming Contest. Also, this is the meeting where the running order position of the host country is drawn.

As we all know, the producers of the show are the ones who will determine the running order of all three shows, except of the running order slot of the host country. The host country’s running order position is drawn during the Heads of Delegation meeting. This year, Evi Papamichael, Head of Delegation from Cyprus, who finished in second place last year in Israel, drew the running order number for Israel this year. This was done under the supervision of Jon Ola Sand, and the number Evi drew from the bowl was number 14.
