A re-allocation of the free tickets – only 100 tickets handed out now!

Earlier, broadcaster KAN had announced 1000 tickets would be distributed for free among ”key figures”. These would include 120 Knesset members (the parliament of Israel).
Keshet however, is reporting that the number of free tickets has been reduced to 100 and the deal for the members of Knesset is off the table.

These are the people who have the right to free tickets:

If you sponsor the three live shows for an amount of 400,000 NIS (€ 98,754), you get 10 free tickets, 4 tickets if you pledge between 200,000 and 400,000 NIS. Giving 500,000 NIS or more grants you an oppportunity to buy additional tickets for the semi-finals.

The management of marketing agency ProMarket gets 4 tickets,
members of the KAN board and each of the senior production personnel all get 1 ticket, the management of Expo Tel Aviv (the Eurovision 2019 venue) get 3 tickets, the mayor of Herzliya (part of Greater Tel Aviv, where Eurovision 2019 will take place) gets 1 ticket and the senior officials of the Tel Aviv Municipality receive 13 tickets (5 for senior officers and 7 for deputy mayors).

Now for the celebrities, the division is as follows:

The four Israeli winners:

  • Izhar Cohen – 2 tickets
  • Gali Atari – 2 tickets 
  • Dana International – 2 tickets 
  • Netta Barzilai – 4 tickets 

The songwriters of last year’s winning song ‘Toy’ will get 4 tickets.
This year’s Israeli entrant Kobi Marimi 5 tickets while the writers of his song ‘Home’ will get 4 tickets.

Ilanit (Israel 1973) and Mosh Ben-Ari will get 2 and 1 ticket(s) respectively and Idan Raichel, who will be performing in the Grand Final, will have 4 tickets to divide.

Speaking about tickets: there are still quite some available for several Eurovision shows!
There are around 400 tickets left to watch the Grand Final together with the delegations in the Green Room. Thousands of tickets for both semi-finals and additionally approximately 2000 tickets for the final dress rehearsals.
