Live from Norway: MGP Junior 2019

Tonight it´s time for Norways 18th edition of MGP Junior, which of course is the junior version of Melodi Grand Prix.

Norway haven´t participated in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest since the 2005 edition in Hasselt, Belgium. In the period of 2002-2009 however, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland gathered to host MGP Nordic where each country participated with three entries each. Mainly 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in their national final.

Tonights final will be helt at the Telenor Arena just outside Oslo with the capacity of up to 20 000 people. Telenor Arena also hosted the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest after Alexander Rybak won the competition in 2009.

Tonight we will see 10 finalists competing for the “grand prix” and win MGPjr 2019. The following artists are:

1. Stone Heart – «Ække så kul som deg»

2. Emsen – «Jeg tror på dere»

3. CAOS – «Aldri gi opp!»

4. Mikkel – «Redde Verden»

5. Emma – «Lyset inni meg»

6. Hedvik – «Du»

7. Anna & Emma – «Kloden er syk»

8. Alfred – «Du e så fin»

9. Anine – «Hundrevis av år»

10. Maria – «Musikkens Budskap»
