The Netherlands Win Eurovision 2019

The grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest ended a few moments ago and we have a winner! 41 entries from across Europe (and beyond!) competed, and following the semifinals, we had our final list of 26 songs competing for the title. And it was Duncan Laurence of The Netherlands who took the trophy, giving them their first victory in some 44 years!

After the professional juries voted, Sweden held the lead from North Macedonia, with The Netherlands in third place.

Once the televotes were added, this all changed. The Netherlands were declared as the winner with a total of 492 points.

Congratulations Duncan!
