The public review ‘Scream’ by Sergey Lazarev

Our series of public reviews is almost over, but before the end we still get to hear our panel’s thoughts of the last couple of songs. Tonight it’s time to find out our panel’s verdict for the Russian entry. This year Russia is represented by a man who is definitely no stranger to Eurovision fans: it’s Sergey Lazarev, number 3 (and the televoting winner) of the Eurovision Song Contest 2016. This year Lazarev tries to win the trophy with the song ‘Scream’, and once again, he is one of the front runners of the contest.

14 people from different countries, of different ages and professions took part of this year’s “Public reaction” project. They all are casual viewers of the Eurovision Song Contest – none of them are huge fans of the contest, and none of them have heard any of the songs before we played them all to them (except maybe the one representing their own country).

In the video you can hear the first impressions of our panel members and find out how many points out of 10 each of them gave to ‘Scream’.
