Only a few weeks after his last release, Swedish singer Victor Crone who represented Estonia earlier this year at Eurovision, is back with another summer banger! Anna Odobescu – Dreaming

Moldova’s 2019 representative, Anna Odobescu, is back with her follow-up single ‘Dreaming‘. It’s similar to her Eurovision track in the sense that it’s a big ballad which really shows off her powerful vocals. The song itself gives us Celine Dion vibes which is definitely a huge compliment! The big notes at the end and the eventual key change are equally impressive. It’s not yet on Spotify however whilst we wait for Anna to upload it, check out the song on YouTube here:

Jurijus ft. Leon Somov – Sapnuose

Lithuania’s 2019 Eurovision star Jurijus has released his follow-up single ‘Sapnuose‘ with Lithuanian electronic DJ & producer Leon Somov. The song starts out slow with a stunning electronic backing before slowly building throughout as the beat kicks in. It’s a chilled out foot tapper and we’re digging it here!

Mandinga – Con Calma (Salsa)

Romanian group Mandinga represented their nation at Eurovision 2012. Despite a few line-up changes, they are still releasing music 7 years later. This is track giving off summery urban vibes packed to the brims with latin influences and goodness. Looking to dance? Mandinga’s new reggaeton track is for you!

Alma, Laurie Darmon – Zumbaa

French princess of pop Alma, who competed for France back in Kyiv 2017, has followed a different path with new song ‘Zumbaa’. Her duet with Laurie Darmon has a very unique, quirky indie-pop sound. It has great beats and whilst being a delicate track manages to maintain an urban feel coupled with strong latin vibes in the chorus. Will you be adding this to your next Zumba playlist?

Maraaya – Besplatno

Slovenian duo Maraaya achieved one of Slovenia’s best ever results back in 2015 and now they are back with ‘Besplatno‘. Marjetka’s unique vocals still stand out and are effective over the electro-indie-pop background. Fans are still waiting for their debut album, so perhaps this new release could be the start of Maraaya’s next era.

Doctor Victor ft. Svala – Running Back

Iceland’s 2017 hopeful Svala failed to qualify for the Eurovision final, however this hasn’t stopped her releasing a strong selection of singles over the past 2 years. Teaming up with Doctor Victor, ‘Running Back’ is the next single and her feature on the track perfects it. Svala gives us Scandi-pop goodness with her vocals

(This song isn’t available yet on Apple Music)

Justs, Nicky Miles, Olga Palushina – Still Loving You

Latvia only qualified twice for the Eurovision final this decade, but one of them was upcoming star Justs back in 2016. He has now released this collaboration with Nicky Miles & Olga Palushina which is a dance-pop track, with his mellow vocals leading up to an explosion of electro-beats in the chorus.

Anis Don Demina – Uno Dos Tres Shurda

Swedish DJ Anis Don Demina made his Melodifestivalen debut earlier this year, and he’s back with a new club banger. This remix of Sak Noel’s infamous ‘Loca People’ dance track has well and truly been Swede-ified with a new chorus breakdown which has us wishing it was the weekend already. This is a surefire club hit in Sweden so make sure to get it added to your playlists now.

Natalia Lacunza – tarántula

With the global success of both Billie Eilish and ROSALIA, it perhaps is no surprise that Natalia has decided to go down that path with her first releases since appearing in hit show Operación Triunfo. Her song reached the superfinal in this years Eurovision Gala however she ultimately placed third. ‘tarántula’ has a stunning drum beat throughout and a catchy chorus to pair whilst Natalia’s edginess compliments the track perfectly. Check out the new music video for her single below.

yesyes ft. D3STINY & MC Fantom – Hiába Ér Véget A Nyár

Adam Szabo’s band yesyes have appeard in Hungary’s national selection for the past two years, both times with fantastic electro-rock songs. This follows a similar trend, with accordion influences in the instrumental and a catchy drum beat. The band are joined by D3STINY and MC Fantom for this collaboration.

Luke Chappell – Head In The Clouds

Luke made it very far on Malta’s debut season of the ‘X Factor’ which was eventually won by Michela who represented Malta at this years Eurovision Song Contest. From his first audition he showed artistry and his new release shows off who he is as an artist really well. A delicate pop song with touches of soul, a song similar to some of Khalid’s releases. His tone and runs are incredible – this is a must listen!

Dallos Bogi – Az én időm

Dallos Bogi – also known as just Bogi – rose to fame in Hungary after appearing in selection show A Dal in 2013, 14 and 15. In 2014, she very almost won the contest but despite losing still went on to get a number one hit in her country. Bogi is back with her new track ‘Az én időm‘ which is a solid pop-rock track and catchy beats.

Filipe Gonçalves – A.M.O.R

Filipe didn’t go on to win Portugal’s national selection ‘Festival da Canção’ back in 2015 however he has just dropped his new single ‘A.M.O.R‘ which is a very cheery and summery bop. It’s got a great rhythm and has a really happy feel to it. Could he make a return to the Portuguese selection show with something similar to this and do pretty well if not win? Probably!

Maria Escarmiento – Amargo Amor

Maria came second in this years Spanish Eurovision Gala with ‘Muerdeme‘ despite being the pre-final favourite. New single ‘Amargo Amor’ follows a similar trend of being a pop song with exciting electro-beats throughout. The song fits nicely within the Moombahton trend that has taken the Latin music industry by storm over the past few years.

Sigrid Bernson, Lani Mo, Kristofer Greczula – SOLEN

Sigrid Bernson reached Andra Chansen with her catchy pop song ‘Patrick Swayze’ in last years Melodifestivalen. This song, in Swedish, is a decent pop track with two male features joining Sigrid. The chorus has plenty of summer and beach vibes.

Young Igi & Margaret – Układanki

She’s appeared in Sweden’s Melodifestivalen for the past two years after appearing on Poland’s selection in 2016.
