Agata Konarska and Mateusz Szymkowiak join the Junior Eurovision 2019 presenting team!

Last month we reported on Ida Nowakowska, Aleksander Sikora and Roksana Węgiel having been chosen as the three hosts of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019.
Organising broadcaster TVP have, however, confirmed that they are adding two hosts to the team!
Two presenters that will be, in a way, the alpha and omega of the upcoming Junior Eurovision edition as one will host the official Opening Ceremony and the other the Winner’s Press Conference after the show!

Let’s meet:

Mateusz Szymkowiak, a Polish journalist and television presenter, very known for co-hosting The Voice of Poland, the summer concert tour show TVP2 Holiday Route and several other TVP projects.
You might have seen him already in Eurovision circles as the Polish spokesperson at Eurovision 2018 and 2019!
Mateusz will be hosting the official Opening Ceremony of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019.

Our other new host is Agata Konarska, also a journalist and TV presenter and she has a lot of experience!
She hosted the show to celebrate Poland joining the European Union, numerous other Polish shows and on top of that: she has hosted a Eurovision show already!
Agata was the host when Eurovision Young Dancers took place in the capital Warsaw in 2005.
Agata will be the one hosting the Winner’s Press Conference after the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019 final.

The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2019 will take place on Sunday the 24th of November in Gliwice-Silesia, Poland.
