The winner of the third season of X Factor Lithuania, Monika Pundziūtė (aka Monique) visited the LRT studios in Vilnius, and also announced that she is going to be taking part in Lithuania’s Eurovision selection Eurovizijos Atranka for the very first time.

Since her participation in the X Factor, Monique released numerous singles and video clips, as well as two studio albums. Her latest release is the song “Another Mistake”, which is a collaboration with Mark Les, and you can give it a listen to right here:

Monique is entering Lithuania’s Eurovision selection with the song called “Make Me Human”, which is written by Vytautas Bikus (who also wrote Lithuania’s entry in 2018 – “When We’re Old”). She said that her song is a ballad, and that it’s a song about being in a state of being rather than living. The song will be released in the national selection show for the first time.

Monique joins Rūta Loop and The Roop as entrants in Eurovizijos Atranka. The full list of participants will be announced in early January.

Jurij Veklenko represented Lithuania in Eurovision 2019 in Tel Aviv with “Run With The Lions”, and missed out on the Grand Final by a single point.
