Is it Tom for France?

The news spreaded this afternoon after a revelation on national newspaper “Le Parisien” website: France Television has internally selected Tom Leeb as its entrant for Rotterdam!

Though his surname is quite popular in France (he’s indeed  the son of famous comedian Michel Leeb), Tom is still rather unknown despite his eclectic start of a career.

The 30-year-old artist is a comedian, an actor, a humorist and, of course, a musician. He studied comedy and singing in New York for 5 years, before emerging on home soil.

So far, Tom has played in a few films, some TV series, and in theatres.

In 2013, he teamed up with Kevin Levy to form the humoristic duo “Kevin & Tom” who was quite successful on YouTube before performing live on many Paris stages.

Last September, Tom Leeb premieres his promising first album “Recollection” which has not hit national charts yet. Anyhow, his song won’t be revealed anytime soon.

Nevertheless, even if “Le Parisien” is a medium that can be trusted, it is important to say that France Télévisions has neither confirmed nor denied the piece of news so far. But at least, this “revelation” may make the national broadcaster somehow react, after months of heavy silence…
