The third heat of Lithuania’s selection process (rebranded for this season to: ‘Pabandon is Naujo’, or ‘Let’s Try again’) finished just a few moments ago, and we now know the final set of qualifiers for the semi-final stage, which starts next weekend!
This evening we saw performances from 12 hopefuls, and after a mix of telephone voting and the scores of a jury, we now know that the following acts were successful in making it to the next stage:
- THE ROOP
- Aiste Pilvelyte
- KAYRA
- Evgenya Redko
- Rokas Povilius
- The Backs
The public vote, gave the following result:
And the expert jury awarded their points as follows:
Despite some scoring differences in the lower placings, both the jury and the public agreed that THE ROOP deserved first place. Overall 5 of the public’s top six made it through to the semi-finals.
