Ana Soklič to represent Slovenia in Eurovision 2020!

Slovenia’s national selection EMA 2020 ended moments ago, where a total of 12 acts competed to represent Slovenia in the Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam. After two round of voting, the Slovenian public decided that Ana Soklič will represent Slovenia in Rotterdam this May, with the song „Voda“!

A total of 12 songs competed in tonight’s show:

1. Simon Vadnjal – Nisi sam
2. Saška – Še kar lovim tvoj nasmeh
3. Gaja Prestor – Verjamem vase
4. Ana Soklič – Voda
5. INMATE – The Salt
6. Manca Berlec – Večnost
7. Tinkara Kovač – Forever
8. Božidar Wolfand Wolf – Maybe Someday
9. Parvani Violet – Cupid
10. Klara Jazbec – Stop The World
11. Imset – Femme Fatale
12. Lina Kuduzović – Man Like U

After all songs have been performed, the three-member jury consisting of Darja Švajger, Nuša Derenda and Maja Keuc decided that the top two acts are: Ana Soklič with „Voda“ and Lina Kuduzović with „Man Like U“. These two acts then went to the super-final, where the Slovenian public had to decide the winner. After a 10 minute long televoting window, the host Klemen Slakonja announced that the winner was Ana Soklič!
