It’s official! Diodato will sing “Fai rumore” in Rotterdam

On Saturday, Antonio Diodato won the 70th edition of the Sanremo Music Festival and the right to represent Italy at the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest.

Although his song ‘Fai rumore’ won on the night, it was only initially confirmed that he would be going and that the song was yet to be chosen.

Confirmed: Aswell as winning Sanremo 2020, Diodato will also represent Italy in this years Eurovision.

This morning the RAI Eurovision Facebook account has confirmed that it will be ‘Fai rumore’ that Diodato will be taking to Rotterdam.

Currently the song is 3 minutes and 36 seconds long and will need to be edited to meet the contest’s requirements. The song has also racked up 3.7 million Spotify streams to date and is number 1 on the Spotify Italia chart.
