James Newman with “My Last Breath” for the UK

BBC has just revealed their entrant for the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 at their twitter profile and the 63rd participant for the UK at the contest will be James Newman who will be singing the song “My Last Breath”

James Newman is an English singer-songwriter based in London. He is the brother of pop star John Newman. At the 2014 Brit Awards, Newman won Brit Award for British Single of the Year for the song “Waiting All Night” He has also co-written the songs “Blame” by Calvin Harris feat. John Newman and “Love Me Like You” by Little Mix.

James presented himself as an author to the Eurovision audience too as he was one of the people behind Ireland’s entry in 2017 “Dying to Try” performed by Brendan Murray.
